MISSION STATEMENT
Running involves many movements of the body all moving in rhythm and correct time to encourage forward momentum. When the body moves efficiently there is less wear and tear on the joints and muscles.
Over miles and miles, the body gets tired, and knowing how and when to get back into balance will keep you heading towards your goal.
My mission is to coach runners the way I'd like to be coached. Since
running is not so much about how fast we run, but mostly about how we run, I
focus on teaching the importance of running technique and improving running
efficiency. Ultimately, this means running faster, stronger, healthier.

RUN by Foot Locker is the newest running specialty store in New York City and the Manager and Head Runner is Mike Keohane.
The store is located at 34 West 14th St. just off of Union Square.
