MISSION STATEMENT
Running involves many movements of the body all moving in rhythm and correct time to encourage forward momentum. When the body moves efficiently there is less wear and tear on the joints and muscles.
Over miles and miles, the body gets tired, and knowing how and when to get back into balance will keep you heading towards your goal.
My mission is to coach runners the way I'd like to be coached. Since
running is not so much about how fast we run, but mostly about how we run, I
focus on teaching the importance of running technique and improving running
efficiency. Ultimately, this means running faster, stronger, healthier.
I'll see you in the park!Mike

Greetings! Welcome to week #4!
Don't let the weather get you down!
Yes, it's hot and humid, but think of it as resistance training and eventually you'll adjust to the conditions and get through it! You are probably running slower and more uncomfortably, but keep hydrated, take in lots of electrolytes, listen to your body, and go take a dip in a cold pool or shower! You'll thank me later!
